Dear Mother
Thank you very much for your letter and
enclosures. I will send them back in course of day or two. It is very wet here
and all trenches are in a slippery state. Don’t forget that parcel. Have a
rotten cold, hope all are well at home. Please send a small towel as mine is
burnt!
